An interesting title on Netflix at the moment; the last 25 minutes or so are particularly worth a watch in regards to modern production methods and how our diets are affected. The documentary covers quite some ground, with a focus in particular on the ketogenic diet. While not a Keto restaurant, we aim to have suitable dishes for people following any considered nutrition plan (including Keto options).
We felt that the overall picture on clean eating was on the money, while the science we’re sure will remain a hot topic of debate. Have you seen it? What did you think?
